Any photos of your setup?
Sounds interesting.
have you measured the intake manifold temp with a thermometer? i'm curious to know how significant a difference there is in relation to ambient air temp.

Ok, well that means itll be from a lot of part-throttle use.Originally Posted by dale30
I would be worried about the butterfly freezing up.
This is exactly why carb inlet manifolds are heated.
Thanks for that.Heres a link to photos. Just pulled the motor back out soI will take more tonite.

Im considering getting a SC14 for my 21R for some cheap thrills.
It would be setup almost exactly like yours, but using a Weber 34ADM carb.
BTW... isnt the Holley 350 too big to meter low-revs/high-load fuel properly?
Or does the SC14 make that job easier?

Ive been running the 34ADM for a few years now, before on my old 18R and now on the 21R.Originally Posted by dale30
The standard jetting wasnt right, so i tweaked it a bit, and then again when it went on the 21R.
I get decent fuel usage around the city, 9.14L/100KM (on ULP92) and thats with the occasional thrash through the hills.
Leans out a bit top of the primary though which i need to fix.
You are right, i also think itll be the perfect carb for draw-through with a SC14.
Thanks for the new photos.
