Have you tried putting the car on stands and spining the wheel? Can you feel any resistance and can you hear the noise if you are rotating the wheel by hand?

Then, remove things until the noise / resistance stops and investigate that part.

Remove the wheel, rotate, listen. Remove the Caliper, repeat. Remove the rotor, repeat. Remove the CV, Repeat.

If you cant stop the noise with the above process, You might be able to isolate it to the hub / suspension. Start wobbling things!

Although, if you cannot feel or replicate the issue when rotating by hand, this may make it harder.

    Good Luck, its there somewhere...

Check your suspension components. When s/bar link bushes are rooted you'll hear a click on turning. Also check any other rubber bushes by spraying them with crc, then bouncing the car, turning the wheel or road testing if needed. Do them 1 by 1 so you know which one it is ( if ) it solves the problem.
