Crankshaft, yes. Pistons, sort of. They'll physically fit but the valve reliefs won't match and you'll end up with an "interesting" compression ratio.

NO You will bend your rods or the valves or both, pistons need relief cutouts for the inlet valves at least or two head gaskets and your comps will be oh about 7.5 to 1.
