In Australia, all live-axle *T14* Coronas have a Borg-Warner diff. Not sure what you'd have in NZ.
All IRS RT142's have an F series diff but I've never come across a live-axle F-series.
Okay so I've heard that there's an ST141, that came with a 5 link F series rear axle, that bolts straight into an AA60 Carina.
Can anyone confirm?
I've only come across AT141's so far, which I would presume had a T series rear?

maybe the truth got blended somehow between the 2 diff varients.
as norbie said, the poverty express version xT141corona had the borg warner drum brake,
the CSX model xT141 had the borg warner live axle with disk brakes
and the RT142 had either the live axle BW with disk or the F series IRS.
thats speaking from experience with aussie models though
hello

RT142 axles do not fit F7.5 series diffs they are much smaller.
But Girloc brakes from RT142 do fit Corona GT F series axle easily.
And use mark 2 splines but not Mark 2 axles wont fit a Corona GT too long.

I imagine if its F 7.5 it will have the 22 or 21R engine (but don't ST's have that 3S engine?) (And if so they have BW end and gearbox) that would be the only reason to use that rear end like in the mark 2 which is a four or five link coil live axle.
A corona GT axle is linked and would possibly fit except they are n/a but yo could fabricate one from a mark 2 QED.
