loosen engine mounts and tilt - jack at front & another at rear - trolley jack with wide top to take gearbox... PM wilbo666 about this as he has same setup as you.
replace the rear main seal while the box is off?
crack and hand-tighten the fill and drain bolts on the gearbox before you put gearbox into car
if no spare output shaft available to block off output hole, drain gearbox oil before tilting.
If removing flywheel to do seal, borrow a clutch alignment tool - otherwise allow 4 hours and extended swearing vocabulary to get clutch in right spot.

Good luck with it. If you dont have a clutch allignment tool, try and line it up as close as possible by eye. This is what i did and it slipped in first try.
