Default fix my rolla or sell it?

i have a 85 AE80 rolla, i am thinking of selling it. I thought maybe i would be better of fixing it and keeping it for a few more years and wanted some input.
It's the 1.3ltr 3spd auto, so it moves slower than a fat man marathon race!
the radiator is no good and needs to be replaced, the car hasnt had a service and tune in years, the front seats have collapsed from fat people sitting on them, the dash above the cluster has been smashed into 3 pieces.
the paint is faided and has a few rust spots, especially underneath the fuel cap, there is a spot on the bonnet where something has been on there and never washed off, so it has eaten the paint.
so what does everyone think i should do? how hard would it be to get my car going so it's not so..... how should i say, GUG?

normally i'd say try and fix it, but this seems like way too much hassle for not really much gain other than having a functional car.

Really depends on whether you want to modify it in the future and want to do the whole thing yourself (not someone else's unfinished project) and also how much $$$ you have to spend. The parts are pretty easy to get like the radiator and bonnet, the 2ac's are indestructible so no service doesnt make that much difference and the seats can be found from anyone wrecking an ae82
I have been pruned by old man river!!!!!

Why is this in tech and conversions?
    YelloRolla's KE20 1/4mi = 11.32 @ 119mph @ 22psi on slicks
    12.44 @ 113 mph on 165 wide street tyres
210rwkw - not bad for a smelly 3TGTE running pump fuel.

rip everything out, drop in a 4age, reset the springs and put it on the track. Cut the exhaust off while ya at it. There is absolutely no point in trying to get something like that to a respectable road-going car....no offence but the way you describe it sounds like it is falling apart
