    We'll see, I'd like to keep it cheap without killing the motor. Tough to do but hopefully I can find a nice grey area in between being super cheap and spending too much to make it not worth it.

    this is usually a recipe for disaster ... all the cheaper short-cuts come back to haunt you resulting in more cost than you ever anticipated.

    plus you could fit 6 falcon injectors in your pockets easily.

    Hence why I said I won't be going for cheap shortcuts, but I won't be going spending crazy like MS-75.

    The turbo has been ordered and hopefully I'll be ordering the manifold and dizzy along with some other gear later in the week. I'll let you guys know when the gear comes in.

    use VR-VS v6 commodore ones and linish the pintle plates off. (doubles flow rate)

    Spray pattern=crap
    flow=enough

    Such analysis should fit the spirit of the project.

    PS I expect progressive updates as parts fail and cause destruction.

    one upside is a set of destroyed/melted pistons that you can use as ashtrays and conversation pieces... the bent conrods are ideal for door-stops ... and the block might be a sturdy (if somewhat heavy) stand & base for a 3-burner wok/bbq (gas ring in #1 #3 & #6 bores.

    Awesome, so it won't be a complete waste. I will be able to re-use some parts woohoo!

    Negatory, I'll be running it without.

    And hopefully I can also grab a Jaycar DFA to try and cope with fueling issues

    Nah I don't think you're on crack because I don't have it Is it bolted into the dizzy or just screwed together and hooked up with wires or something???
