    Very British. This guy sounds like he has been working on cars for ever and has a healthy dislike for bling and customers.

    lol, what a customer-focused business-person. he makes it sound like type three customers must just fall out of the sky when it rains and start walking into the shop, because he definately doesn't make any allowance for people who have a desire to learn but a less than complete understanding of all the technical ramifications of what they are dealing with. Seemingly everyone is meant to be born knowing, because he is not going to hold your hand to make a sale. roflcopter
