    Good turnout despite the rain.

Sorry i didn't get pics of cars of folk i know (wilbo, stefan adam, steve, etc) - i went for stuff i dont normally see.

Some pics here (PM me if you want hi-res iamges from the camera) - some others available: massif toy cruiz.

The truck driver putting the dint in ADam's AW11 (and the nob complaining intensely about the truck preventing him from joing the traffic jam leaving Crazy Clarks) was the low-point of the day.

The rain provided ample ample opportunity for car-park skids - plus kept tempretures down to a comfortable level.

Next time, i vot we go to the Big Kart track for lunch via Dayboro/Mt Mee ;-)

man you worked quickly and i don't remember any talk of putting that pic of me up

It was a good day, 90% of it spent driving but thats what a "cruise" is all about, i got burnt and am dead tired, plus i start my new job bright and early tomorrow so i hope i am not too warn out for it.

Good to meet alot of people and even made some friends from other clubs, thanks

Yep, apart from the above mentioned incident, it was a really good day.

Did anyone actually count all the cars? I've never been in a cruise that size.

I'll start counting the clubs that were there, umm

    TCCQ
    OZcelica
    au starlet club
    ALSC
camry club (cam crew or something)
MR2s (from the soon to be rekindled club)
AE86 club (only a couple of em there)

And Charles, do you think you could send me any photos of the truck just in case I need them

hehehe cool ideas for photo doctoring

Almost forgot, one of my highlights for the day was getting a ride in Wilbo's jza61. That things awesome, gets wheel spin so easily. 80s Toyotas are cool, especially when they've had modern insane-power engines put in them.

looks like you guys had a good day. I am annoyed that I missed it but even if my car was going I don't think it is a wet weather car. Only been in the rain once and don't want to do that again.

I managed to get a few of the 1st gen celicas (of course), but its a shame I couldnt get all 4 together and the three RA28s together. I had to leave early, but aside from that it was a good day

If anyone else has some good photos, especially of the 1st gen celicas, please post them up or email me them as I would love to see them. Thanks!!

    LINK: Wivenhoe Toy Cruise 12.02.06

If anyone wants high-res, unmarked images just pm me...

All in all it was a great day. Met a few new faces... just a shame a bout the weather, I think it caused a few ppl to leave early.

No dramas ben, it was good to catch up again

    factors contributing:

    I hate driving the ke70
first day I got to sleep in all week
pissing down rain at my place all morning
still wasn't sure how many people would be going because of the weather

ended up going up to montville in the arvo in fiance's a/c car so I did head up the mountains just not the ones that are 150km away
