4age oil choices? Experiences pls.

ive been using magnatech in my stocky 4age racecar since i bought it last year. havent changed the oil yet, and its been hanging off the rev limiter basically at every meet. the oil hasnt even gone completely brown/black yet, which oils ive used previously (in other engines) always do. havent had a problem yet (touches head)

mobil 1 5w-50

doenst last long tho, about 2500-4000kms, but this is in a low km blacktop that regularly hits 9000rpm

I run 5W50 mobil 1 in both my 4AGZEs. They love it almost as much as they love the rev limiter
