Starlet EP71 Questions

Hi,
Looking at getting a EP71 Starlet. Are parts availiable? (CV Joints, Suspension - Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, fuel filters etc.)
What should I look out for?
How bad can rust get in them?
Does Toyota Australia sell panels etc. parts for them?
What is insurance like?
How realiable are they?

Any other info will be great
