Default CCG Dynoday - 22 October 2006 - All welcome!

CCG Dyno Day No. 5 is fast approaching…..yes it is hard to believe that we have already had four very successful Dyno Days. So who has done work to their machine and wants to see if they have the power as they are boasting????

    Here's the deal:
    Date 22 Oct 06
    Day Sunday
    Where Pulford's Race Engines
    Address 13-15 Kemble Court Mitchell
Time First dyno run will start at 9.30am, so please start arriving around 9.00am so you can be in line ready to go.
Food Don’t forget to bring your change for the Chuck Wagon BBQ too!

Order will be determined by first in, best dressed. Meaning, if you are the first to pay, you get to run first in the cool spring air. Don't hold off just because you are intimidated by going first, as you may miss out if we get an influx of entrants like every other dynoday.

We are again inviting the ACT MR2 Club as well as the TOYMODS guys, so we are expecting a larger than normal presence. So the earlier you get in, the better chance you have of securing a guaranteed run.

Cost: $40 per run. You MUST pay prior to 13 Oct 06 or the cost will go up to $45 per run and you will most likely wont get a run. This is as Pulford's charge for excess numbers past the deadline date of an extra $5 per run. This is out of our hands

If you enter late past 13 October you will not be eligible for trophies as we have to order these from bookings. So if you do pull big numbers in your class you will miss out on being named…..CCG Dyno Legend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Any questions do not hesitate to contact Phil (0412 699 144) or Mitch (0408994410) after hours only PLEASE.

    BRING IT ON!!!!!

    Mitch and Phil

Call either Phil or me and we can meet up to get the $40.
Sorry Squid...we just cant get any of the 4WD dynos to give us a decent price OR allow us to run heaps of cars like we do. Can you talk to your dyno manager for a decent rate?????
    Cheers

I think I'll enter the TA22 this time around... hehehe.

Who else has a 2T up for a little competition?

    I'm sure there's someone out there .....

I'm hoping to crack the 40 rwkw mark. Is this expecting too much?

Mitch I'll get payment to you ASAP.

Damn, I was hoping to have my 4AGTE built by now to try and beat my 4AC's 52kw

A mate of mine who came along last time but didnt have anything to run was wondering if there would be space to run his R32 GTR even though its a Nissan? Not going for any trophies, just a figure and a AFR read out. Any issues with that? I know its a Canberra Celica group and toymods day so if there are issues thats no drama.

Would have to play with torque split (fuse removal) to get 100% rear drive

These days are always well run, cheers to mitch and phil for getting another one happening.

Well,, not long now, not long at all just doing a few minor things to it to make sure it's 100% ready.... Not sure if i'll have the LSD in by then but the rest of the susp stuff should be finished, oh and the sc14 conversion is done, just getting a MASSIVE PWR/RMS radiator made up now, few things where getting in the way an figured it would be easier to get a new one madeinsted of moving the other bits. also running a bosch BOV too.....haha

Mitch, I don't have a dyno guy yet, have used ming in the past, not sure what they are like since changing hands?

Wiso, Im not that keen I just want to get an initial awkw figure for the 165, so I have a comparison when I am done!

J, does tis mean you are definately bringing the 86 to the Dynoday?
Stitt, we will miss you mate but Im sure you will be feelin no pain or sober enough to make it eh!
Squid, I talked to them several times and could only do 17 cars in a session/day and charged twice what we charge...so any other 4WD dynos out there that can get even close to $40?????
    Cheers
