    and in an ae92 the trumpets would have been pointing towards the firewall right? Heatsoak/hot air can't have been making THAT much difference then.... if he still managed 94kw

    Although the bonnet was up and they did have a fan on facing the engine bay so giving reasonably fresh air to that area.

    I'll admit to being pretty surprised at the results, other cars on the day were recording 'normal' readings, so it wasn't a freak dyno either.
