    The metal piping is called bundy tube I believe and is used for fixed break lines and the like where flexability isnt really requied.

    It is usually a fairly simple measure to have it cut and bent to shape. The ends are then belled a little, which is held in place by an approprieate connector.

    For tubing and the like check out local hose suppliers. Some of the industrial hydralic hoses you can get are really cheap and way exceed automotive specifications.

    Yeah, or just put a layer of heatshrink over the top of the braid where you put the clamp, itll stop it fraying and also damaging the braid, oh yeah, stops those pesky splinters too.

    Got the line on last night. Put tape on the end that I cut but that wasn't enough. Got 3 cuts Needed bigger heat sink. Went to test it out and have a dead battery so has been charging overnight. Will go try now
