1JZ A/C wiring help

I need some help finalise the wiring to the a/c compressor, the grey plug that sit right next to the compressor what are the colour wir going to the 3 pin, what config are they?
I know the blue wire goes to pin 4 of the plug (the single pin in the row) which way does the brown and the green/yellow go?
