Rank refers to my place in the world according to the toymods forum not to my rep! I want to know what have I done to to revert to a 1st year apprentice?

If you have to ask that makes it a question. There is a good chance that in a case like this where there is multiple people asking about the same thing that it might be a frequently asked question.

If you do a search for apprentice in the membership and feedback section there are threads that cover it.

You could also click on the link up the top for FAQ and search for apprentice where it is covered as well.

I do not get however how you think you were "demoted"?
You would of gone from not having anything at all under your name to the 1st year apprentice that you are now.

It's possible if you went from grease monkey down to 1st year apprentice that you may have had some posts in tech and conversions or general car talk deleted to get your post total down.

Yeah I know my last reply was bitchy but it's a bad week and we went to the effort of making the FAQ's to try and have a resource available for people to help themselves on questions like this.

is it possible to have restrictions on what can be iun the custom title?
looking at it ddeane has "toymods member" whereas kristy has "toymods club member" to me ddeane is trying to make it look like they are a club member when they arent, if they are a real financial member i apologise, but i think im right

In my opinion I don't think you should be able to change what is under your user name AT ALL. and I mean no-one but admin should be able to alter it

YLD, your misuse is noticable though, whereas if someone wasnt paying much attention they could think that he is a financial toymods member, so if he had a thread about why cant he post in certain sections there would be different answers.

You would think so wouldn't you I do get PMs though asking if I can move things, fix things, people apologising for posting in the wrong section etc

NO what I meant was it should STAY as it was made when you joined the forums. IE Toymods club member ( for the financial members) or Forum Member for those who are not.....
then of course the president, vice pres, etc

With only the admins having the power to edit it. ie when someone joins the club financially then it would be changed from forum member to toymods club member.

I don't think that everyone should be able to edit their own things in that department as some of the ones that I have seen lately are not cool really.

Maybe something for the board to consider????
