I wouldn't adjust it personally as it tends to affect idle quality and all sorts of stuff, i'd just be leaving it as is and getting an aftermarket ECU.
Hi guys ive got a blitz k3t turbo on my 1g, running around 10psi an was just wondering if i should adjust the timing to suit the bigger turbo, and if so how?

yeh thats probably a good idea, jus kinda have a feeling its been tampered with before, cars always had a high idle, around 1000rpm for some reason
Set it to 10 degrees BTDC in diagnostics mode and leave it thereClean your ISCV too, sometimes they get gummed up.

hm how would i go about doing that?Is that just the standard timing?
Bridge the T and E1 pins on the diagnostics plug which will lock the timing. Set the timing to 10 degrees (yep, thats factory) and then unbridge the pins.
As for cleaning the ISCV, have a search, there is a whole thread about it with pics.
