A341LE & A340LE valve bodies differances, help?

That is correct that the A341E was fitted to some Chasers but in the Soarers was only fitted to the V8s There are many variations of the A340E some of which have 4 solenoids in the valve body as well as variations in the number of clutches.

well this has been sucessful, thanks to all the guys here. I swapped the valve body out of the 30 42LE i had from the supra (since that was shiftkitted) into the 30 40LE. with no dramas.

as stated i transfered the C-0 accumulator to suit the 342 valve body, also the oil lines for the rear.

but this box works fine, for the first time i have driven my supra. the shift kit even works normally, nice quick almost cluncky shift from 1st to 2nd.
