    Default microtech+1j idle valve

    anyone know if microtech lt12s can run idle control valve on a1j?

    if its a 2 wire stepper valve, then yes.

    Some handy tips for you for posting
    a) don't keep posting one off questions, if you have a microtech question, lump em all into one thread.
    b) visit micortechefi.com/forums <--- official forums, with plenty of info on the 1J

    urrr, it has 2 wires leading into it.

    It can't run the factory one, which is a multi-wire stepper one. A 20V 4AGE one would be suitable if you're that way inclined (keep it Toyota) although a Ford ISCV would be fine.

    no ISCV is really required unless you have aircon I reckon. I don't have one and it runs fine. Infact, way better than my old setup with wolf 3d and ford ISCV.

    which ford did you pinch that valve from?
