I had a great night, just the unpleasant sight of another supra in front of me all night. I think a rework on the extractors is in order, I already have a buyer for mine

Wayne before worrying about extractors perhaps let someone else run your car to see if its the car or driver first , I'll volunteer .

Seriously though your car is making plenty of power as is, there is no reason why it shouldn't be faster, unless somehow my car is significantly lighter ie 150-200kg there is no reason why with your extra 27odd rwkw that your car can't atleast match or kill mine .

Are you possibly still retaining water on your tyres and thus not being able to launch . What rpm are you shifting at, how are you shifting ie like you stole it.

I am 100% sure it's probably the driver, but it's all about modding and tinkering hence the extractor experimentation as I am not getting the torque off the line as with the OEM extractors.

My "Sprinter" was somewhat hampered by my lack of tacho on the launches, but I still managed my best 60ft of 2.2 seconds. I found out where my 6MPH at the top end went, one click of the mouse button and I had power again. Ah well, shit happens, was good fun.

Most amusing run of the night was the last one, where I mucked up the launch terribly and got chomped off the line by Puzzleman...only to blow past as half track with a big fucken wOOOOOSH

Well I had a great night.

I got a photo of every car that attended and will also be photo stitching the full line up.

Did anyone get a footage of my first monster burn out. my camera guy only stuffed that one burn out up and it was the best.

I p.b. first run of the night on the street tyres ran a 13.7 @101mph.

with the stickes only pulled 13.8. however with the theft of the car and my super clutch burnout the clutch slipped all night. So I'll head back with atleast a new clutch and we'll see what happens
