Gen2 3sge torque settings

Finally got my gen2 3sge head back and i need to know all of the torque setting so i can do it back up without breaking some stuff. Does anyone have either an mr2 manual or 182 manual that they could please list for me?

head bolts
rocker bolts
inlet/exhaust
TB
heater junction/pipe?
or any other major ones i may have forgotten

also

flywheel to crank
pressure plate to flywheel
power steering pump to block brackets/pump to brackets
