Best to look on the plate in the engine bay for the diff code.. Mine was 4.1 or there abouts.

More than probably a T292 diff... in which case it is 4.1:1 ratio. Ive not heard of other ratios in RA23s. Unless craptomatic had a different ratio??

4.1 [T292] in manual but auto had option of 4.3 [T282].
    T18 had 3.909 [T312] or 3.727 [T302]
look on build plate for these numbers

    1. There's no point arguing with an idiot. They'll just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
    2. Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference

I direct your attention to the Toyota Axle Database:

My RA23 was auto and came with a T292 (4.1:1). I believe the T312 (3.9:1) was optional but I've not come across one.
