Just dide some measurements, the diff is a t-series lsd, pretty sure its 4.1 more likely to be anyway

If the dif/axle housing ends up being an F-series, I would be interested in getting a price.
I don't think my little t-series will cope when I'm finished.
Also, if it looks like a W50 and has the same ratios as a P51, surely then it would be a P51.
Just go get yourself a spare driveshaft yolk and some time, then count how many turns the front spline does in each gear as you turn the yolk.
It can actually be really accurate, that's how we figured out we had a W55 instead of a W57/8.

Sorry Steve the crown is 6.7" and the housing is T series, it is an lsd, thanks for the info on how to suss out the ratios +rep!
