trying to diagnose a fuel pump or FPR problem

Question; when it does idle what speed does it idle at ??

before it developed this current behaviour - i wound out the throttle stopc to make it sit at about 900-1000rpm.

I've always ran it at a high idle to keep oil pressure up - plus is got off the line a bit quicker.
