ha at toyota not as reliable as ford ha

cough " ea flacon" cough the most problomatic ford ever made ford only make good parts cars thats that springs, gearboxs, diff's thats all really

also i'll have you know 250's are the most prone engine to blow headgaskets trust me i've changed more of them then you can possibly think of

also the the saying "theres no replacement for displacement " was shot down in flames 20-30 years ago prime example 100kw 4age and it's only a 1.6 efficiency is the goal not cubes

    cough sneeze sneeze cough "1mz 172 kw STOCK" sniez (1mz v6 3lt)

dont get me wrong dude ups for you for doing something diffrent it would make a mean tow car/work ute but the 250 isnt exactly the sharpest tool in the hp hero shed

i think everyone's missing the point - it's about drag racing on the cheap...

Regardless of the engine and chassis - allmtr's approach is novel, budget conscious and worthy of some respect.

How about everyone take their opinions, shove them back up the orifices they came from, and listen the man talk about his adventure with a lead-tipped arrow.

ve+ to the man for giving it a go.

all true chuckster but to begin with i fail to see the merit of this being in the tech section to start with.

    no offence to thread owner.
