Tell me what psi @ 800rpm you got after 2hrs non stop on 0w
As my engine is built to factory tolerances I won't be using 0W so I'll never know although the "w" suggests cold oil viscosity, so I am not sure what that has to do with the viscosity after a two hour run!

Mine was about 90 psi at cold idle on 10w.

I'm going to aim for some 15w-something when I grab the oil. Just a matter of finding it really. Not every store stocks a good range of synthetic oils still!

quick question .... diagram on Gen3 shows VSV but i can only find VS on the ecu pcb?
does this go by another abreviation?

Also EPR could it be FPR? im assuming FPR is Fuel Pressure Regulator? or am i way off track?

Once i sort these two i can wire the beast up!

It's going pretty well. Not making as much power as i'd want, takes longer to startup, I don't think my TVIS is working properly, and i've been finding bugs with the ECU. All in all though, happy with my choice, and i'm working through all the issues with Andy.

i didnt end up using the ecu output FPR. i just traced the wire from the AFM that grounds when the flap is open (think its green for memory), one of the dash loom plugs.

hooked it straight into the fuel pump relay. you might want to grab yourself one of them if you havent got one already

Not as expensive as the 10W-30 version that goes into the Liberty! 5W-50 is $55 as opposed to $75 for the 10W-30. And the bastard Liberty takes 5.5L!!!

Haha, my front sump jobbie takes a little over 4.5l for a change, and I save the left for a top up around the 3500-4000km mark after me thrashing the bejesus out of it all that time.

Hehe, I didn't originally. I had a leak coming from my sump, so I swapped them over.
