From my playing, around 38mm seems to work well. I'm sure I'm missing something here (I'll have to check the numbers properly one day).

I've attached the results of some of my fiddling last night, it's a guestimate smallport vs a motor with altantic valves, smaller inlet ports, throttle bodies and 256in and 264ex cams..
