Default 3S-GTE water pipe of turbo????

Im about to hopefully test drive my 87 MR2 with the 3S in it this weekend.......if the driveshafts are done but i have 1 water pipe that im not sure where it goes. This is a ST165 GT4 celica engine im reffering too.
If you look at the turbo side of the engine the pipe comes out of the front of the turbo and then looks to hook into a 90 Degree bend, from there im not sure where it is meant to go.
Anyone know where it goes? I bought the motor on its own, so i didnt ever see where it went. I've had a look on a 185 GT4 but it appears to be different.
I've Blocked it off so i can fill the cooling system with water for its first test run, but ideally i'd like to connect it to the correct position.

    Any info apreciated.

    Cheers
    Matty

you definately want the coolant supply for the turbo working before you run it. suggest you loadn a manual or get the bus over to Clint's (or is that CLG?) place and look under one of his bonnets.

Hehehe - it's funny, on the old forums, everyone called me "Clint", on this forum everyone calls me "CLG"?!

Unfortunately, I no longer have any ST165 gear - as it's different to 185, 205, and 215. I do have a few contacts with ST165's if you still need the info though?!?

I had a 205 engine in my RAV4, and I don't remember seeing any pipe looking like that coming out of the turbo... what turbo's are run in the 165's? CT26?

On an st165 the turbo water hose connects onto the top tank of the radiator. there's a special join on the radiator in the gt4's.

i'll try and get a pic for you
