Faulty Knock Sensor - 4AGZE

The knock sensor in my 4agze is faulty - i've been told i can use a knock sensor from any other Toyota (Camry V6, MR2 etc) - can anyone confirm this??

I think there are a few different types, from memory the 4AGZE one looks different to the 3SGTE one.
