Also, what's the equivalent CAMS licence needed at Wakefield? L2S?
Just asking cos mine's up for renewal & I only need an L2NS for everything else I do currently.

So we're getting closer, 7 weeks to go...

For a car that has not driven in 3 years for some odd reason I have a really good feeling that it will make it.
It will have zero brakes, bog stock KE70 suspension and be biased to skids but it sounds like fun lol

Pulled a 12 hour day on the KE70 yesterday and at 11:30PM I drove it 30m and I think it made some boost and did some sort of skid....
Was sketchy as all fuck, no brakes, misfiring and the dump pipe seemed like it plumbed straight into the cabin.


Needs a tacho, oil pressure gauge, water temp gauge, bolts to hold the coil packs down and a set of AE86 shock inserts for the coilovers I have.
Brakes......... its got big arse drums on the rear so they should be good for a lap.
Wheels......... might see if I can get some 15" steelies and put my spare semi slicks on.

Garth - We are looking at having 3 drivers for this thing (me, brother, workmate), is that going to be an issue?
Works out to be $65 a head so pretty good value assuming I don't blow this one up too lol

you can run as many drivers as you like through a car so long as they all have wakefield/cams licenses iirc...

I'll wait til last minute to commit on this one. Don't want to bring the F again as it's too much of a risk (2URGSE = 25K) and I'm pretty sure I'm too lazy to finish the MR2 before then (but we'll see what happens)
