There's not much if any stuff for Toyota ecus
No one has really spent time to crack the Toyota ecus
Someone has don't something with the 1uz soarer ecu I think
It even those are limited
Don't waste your time and go aftermarket
What do techtom do
I know they make a plug in data box so u can read live data
Didn't know they do boards

Re: ECU daughterboards - other than techtom
There was some real headway being made on a UK MR2 forum a few years back. They had daughter boards being made and all for the SW20 MR2's IIRC, wouldn't be a stretch to fit one to a 4AGE.

				It depends
The ecus could be totally different inside
U look at the nistune stuff
All the Nissan ecus look the same from outside
But there is 4 or 5 different types of boards
It's pretty complicated stuff otherwise it would have been done by now
Also the demand isn't there world wide

Re: ECU daughterboards - other than techtom
Years ago there probably would have been a market for it, but now, probably not. Also, the vane/flap AFMs are a pain in the ass.
The earlier computers seam to be pretty simplistic, too.
When I was mucking around with a bigger AFM on my SC AW11, I found that at full throttle, changing the AFM signal had no effect on AFRs. But the AFM definitely had an effect on low load AFRs and also the switch on point for the SC. So that had me wondering about how the Toyota ECU's go about their load sensing for the fuel and ignition maps.
For newer than the AW11 era cars I'd guess the ECU were more capable (shit, the '88 4AGZEs still had a cold start injector) and they'd be more worth while to develop daughter boards for.
