yep, just search http://www.twobrutal.co.uk and there are heaps of guys putting them into SW20s, a few ZZW30s and even an AW11 with the firewall hacked to pieces to get it shoehorned in.

Yeah, piles of GR MR swaps, Not too much custom crap required compared to a FR build. IS200 chassis would be dope, keeping an eye out for a jap rolling chassis that lost its beams to a clubman.

I will admit I've also been having some other silly thoughts...2GR turbo lambo Replica?

the trailer/bus spec rear lights are pretty special - if you bought the above-linked abortion, we'd have to call it the Replica Retardo (or Retambo or whatever 'retarded' is in Italian).

    If you bought a well-built alloy/CF GT40 replica and stuffed a TT2GR into that, then you'd be a god.

lol it aint that bad! We all know it'd just be a fibreglass shell over a well made chassis like any kit car

    yay at this bit,

not really a fan but i did read somthing about about someone with a shell that i would assume would be an altezza as it had a 6k pricetag,

could sell the beams ect but still heaps for a shell.

you think thats bad i saw an IS200 for sale at a dealer the otehr day admittadly only had 127K kms on the clock was green with i'll be hoenst a nice but not brilliant condition paint job.

I though oh yeah i'd give him $13K or so for that.

    He had it for $19990.

    Dreaming.

Go the E70 rolla that way if you bend it you can chuck it in another. Maybe a KE30 next time

Nah no flywheel, but I've got an auto and a manual GR housing in the shed. Will get a light weight flywheel of some description for it, I don't really like fidanza, but there isn't many other choices yet.

Yeah, thinking custom billet may be better, all the 1MZ flywheels are fidanza, haven't seen any with a machinable friction area that weren't custom...

    hmm, I haven't tested a 3SFE rav 4 flywheel yet, it's got a wider pattern than a 3sge.
