Default 4.11 diff gears or whole diff for xt130

Having big gearing issues with the 4age / T50 in the corona speedway car.
    Used to run 235 60 14 in second gear with the 18R / w40

Now im down to 195 60 14 and still nowhere near the rev limiter

I believe the corona is a T series diff?? 3.9 ratio
Think im gunna have to go to 4.1 to get my gearing back.

Is there a set of diff gears around that ratio that will fit in this housing.

Ive just eprnt hours trolling google and the forum but couldnt find anything.

    Hey man.

XT130's have Borg-warner diffs, unless you've changed yours. Does it have an inspection plate at the back or a removable Crownwheel+pinion assembly at the front?

Removable inspection plate at the back of the diff = borg-warner
Removable crownwheel and pinion assembly (10 bolts) = T-series

It you still have the borg-warner, bin it. Get an RT132 Tailshaft and Diff (T-series)

If it's been converted to a T-series diff already your options become alot more vast.

You can get 4.1:1 gears for it out of a series 2 T-18 (TE72)

Or you can get 4.3:1 gears from an Auto TA22 (as long as it has a T series not an early pooey D series).

So is it possible to use a T-series diff in an XT130 corona, using the existing rear axle and an RT132 tailshaft?
