to stop[ boiling after you turn off the car a 1.3 rad cap does it with ease.. to cool down your coolant.. bypass the water oil cooler and set up an ATA oil cooler..
low temp thermo!! all these have worked way better than the stock system for me!!
try using red coolant with water wetter in it...

just remember the simple principle of kiss keep it simple stupid. do the easy stuff first big stuff last. Simple things like fixing the slight hose leak and check the rad cap first then go from there.
red and green coolant only differ in the base in what there made from. green is glycol and red is organic. the glycol base won't corrode the head as long as the head has a good earth strap on it from head to body. Otherwise they pretty much do the same thing.

And this is exactly why I'm starting small and working up from there because I have none of the tell tale signs of BHG.
It also went to the dyno day after the first time it lost water and pulled an extra 10kws, so it isn't down on power like you might expect. And there is no milkiness in the coolant or the oil.

As he stated in the first question its been happening for 3 months. now a blown head hasket would show some sort of problem over a period of 3 months.

they seem to be a bugger of a thing to diagnose when they are small and thy don't give the tell tale signs.
