Toymods has been invited to join the Nulon Nationals this year: http://www.nulonnationals.com.au/201...ubs-announced/
For those not up to speed with the event - it is a yearly tournament organised and funded by Nulon. It is designed to bring clubs together for some fun and competition. Nulon very generously sponsor the event so that entries are free. The events consist of motorkhanas, hillclimbs, drag races and supersprints, spread across the year.
Toymods gets 4 cars per event, the entrants are selected by the club and the club alone. If you would like to be considered for participation, please get in contact with me or post in the thread below. The first event is a motorkhana being held on Jan 8 at Eastern Creek, with future event dates yet to be confirmed
You will naturally need to be a Toymods car club member to be a part of our entry. But it's well worth it for free racing!!! (You will need to buy a nulon team shirt costing $20) This post will be updated as the events come up

Interested pending dates & confirmation of any event in this series suitable to an overpowered Celica which has very little thought given to corners...
Cheers,

479RWHP on 50psi and 70psi hasn't broken her at the track!
there should be a drag or sprint race etc later in the year which would be right up your alley jase
Def keen as discussed
I'd be been for the drag racing! I think it's roll racing, according to the website.

1990 SW20 MR2 with '5S-GTE'.
418rwkw @ 32psi of boost on E85.
289rwkw @ 20psi of boost on 98 RON.
Would I have to enter the same car in each event? Toyota powered clubby a good candidate for the khana

No you don't have to enter the same car and you don't have to enter every event. Basically we can pick any car/driver out of the club for any event.
Cool so clubby for khana and Cressie for roll racing!

i know a few people who wanna do roll racing so you might have to fight them see how we go closer to the event
Subscribing for future interest
oh yeah and competitors in the khana will need a CAMS license obviously
semi competitive IE i wont put a starlet into the roll racing, or an aristo in the motorkhana. not just because it wont be competitive but also it wont be as fun trying to compete in an event not really suited to that type of car anyway
that being said i am going to try have my aw11 enter in everything, just cos i can
Where is the hill climb? The website is not specific on this.
Not that my car would be competitive, I'm just interested...
