    Default MA61 5m-e flywheel sizes

Hi guys, just a quick one

my clutch book lists 2 different size flywheels for an MA61

the car in question is a completely stock 5m-e ma61

236 or 225mm flywheel, is there anyway of determining bar pulling the box off?

    thanks

Yup, all 5M's that i know of have a 225mm clutch. I have heard that it is very rare to have a 236mm clutch behind a 5M.
The only 236mm clutch that i know of in Aussie is one owned by triptek. And that came from japan behind a 6M. Note all 6M's were Auto from factory.

Later model 5MGE clutch is the bigger one, but earlier ones were the smaller ones.

I was also under the impression that 5ME's came with the smaller 225mm clutch.

    7M-GE's have the 236mm/240mm clutch.
