JZX81 clutch Master cyl

Hey all.....

My Mate Jay who bought my old GX81 which has been converted to 2JZ

Needs a new Master Cyl.

as JZX81 is probably harder than a raptor jesus to find a master cyl for ...

so does anyone know if there is another toyota motor vehicle that has the SAME master cyl that we can purchase in Austfailia to put on the JZX81 ???

JZA80 is the closest match. Only needs 2 things done:
- removing studs from either MC or pedal box
- small line made up to join to the hardline

in my cressy, I used a 94` camry master cylinder and pedal box. Had to cut a surplus bracket off the pedal box but apart from that all bolt holes line up and pedal sits at the right height. $40 from the wreckers. Not much clearance with the line though due to the design of the master cylinder. Works a treat though.

Yeah I can take some over the weekend, I know using genuine gx81 parts are the best but people are asking ridiculous prices for gx81 stuff. The camry stuff bolts in works well and owes me $40.

cheers, yeah well thats it. i got the gx81 pedals now. but my mate is interested in going manual and trying to find some that work well and cheap.

I'm using a Hilux/MA61 master in mine, bolted up perfect and looks just like the master did in my old GX81 GT.
