Default TA22 strut brake upgrade/5 stud conv

hey guys, got some modified ta22 struts to put on my ke26, currently they just hav the standard celica brakes on them. i have a pair of rebuilt 4-pot rx7 calipers lying around which i wouldn't mind chucking on the struts. has anyone done this before? how would i go about doing this?
also i want to change from 4 stud to a ford 5 stud pattern, what would be the best way to do this?
    cheers for any help.

I changed a corona 4 stud to 5 using a hiace hub with some sleeves made to fit over the stub axle to increase diameter for hiace bearings. No welding on the hub, just a little machining for the bearings and hat type disk on.

There was a guy here in NZ that fitted series 4 RX7 4 pots to his RA28 - he made up new backing plates for the calipers to bolt to. I think there was a wheel size issue - had to have 15 inch wheels or bigger for clearance.
