TOYMODS details are:

After the completition of what will hopefully be another successful Dyno Day, Toymods is heading out to WSID on the 16th of July. This is just a couple of days after Dyno day, so there will be no excuses for broken cars. Unless you have a 2JZ that is running 7psi or has destroyed piston number 6.
When: Wednesday 16th July, 6pm - 10pm.
Where: Western Sydney International Dragway (WSID), Eastern Creek.
What: Drag Racing!
Why: Give everyone a reason to get their car running!
Cost: $20 for spectators and $50 for competitors.
As per the normal street meet rules, you will require:
- Helmet
- Drivers license
- Long sleeve shirt and long pants (might be an idea to look at the toymods racing shirts )
Gates open at 5pm and racing starts at 6pm until 10pm, so if you're racing make sure you get in early, it's not unheard of to be turned away at 6pm because there were too many cars.
But if you're not racing, bring a warm jumper and wear long warm pants because it may get very cold. It tends to! We will determine who will be on the hill in the coming weeks and if someone wants to come along and you're not sure of who people are, drop myself or someone on the board a PM. We shall give you some contact details of who to call on the night to catch up.
Otherwise, just follow the line of modified toyotas in the pits.

Maybe after the skid pan day I might get another chance

bugger.....
and props to the kangaroo who made a last minute decision to NOT get run over by two successive cars while the Celica was on tow. No way were we braking for the roo with only a short rope between us!Originally Posted by JustenGT8

So what's a good plan guys? Meet at Eaglehawk servo around 12pm for a 12:30 departure maybe?
Trip with the trailers may be a little slower than usual so i'm keen to leave plenty of time for a lunch stop etc & not miss the cutoff if the lineup is busy at the strip.
Those of you who plan to drive there in your racecar at warp speed can of course leave later
Cheers
Phil
A few test runs and rear end is still togetherno traction either of course
Trailer sorted but with that leave time i'll have to blow a whole day off work....3 days off sick then a flex hmmm doubt i'll be popular.

Work can wait..... drags are more importantBy all means you can chance a later departure if you like the possibility of being a spectator
So far the list of attendees looks like:
Justen (GT4)
Damien (ET Poolsar)
Garreth (JZ Hilux) - leaving in the morning
Peter Greagg (RA40)
Jane Greagg (Soarer)
Me (Rolla)
Ross (Poopra)
Kedders (maybe???)
Shaun (rolla wagon)
Mitch, Bevan, Shano, Brad, Erik, Wayno and a few others spectating
Is everybody ok with the 12 for 12:30 departure time? Any people that i've missed off the list too?
Just a reminder also, the best way to the track is to take the M7 freeway, don't forget to register your vehicle at www.Roam.com.au as there are no tollbooths
