what bosch coils for aftermarket ecu/ignitor setup?

G'day all, was shopping around for some coils today and was informed to do a bit of research into what coils people are using for aftermarket setups? There are quite a few different coil part numbers and i was told they all may have different internals so i didnt want to fork over a few dollars to find i might have bought the wrong ones.

Motor is : 4G63
ECU is : stinger 4424
and a microleb 4 coil ignitor

you'll have coils more suited to CDI and for older-style points ignition - but have seen plenty of MW units in engine bays. If this was a budget engine, I'd get 4 coils from a handful of early EFI magna barges. They look similar to the MW units, have a weather-poof connector and a simple mount.

LS1 coils can run a 5ms dwell, produce quite a decent spark ect..

Though im sure there are better ones out there, i used them because they were cheap and easy to obtain.
