rt142 22re wiring

I'm wiring up a 22re at the moment and i've found a plug that i can't find the other half of, theres the noise filter next to the coil which has a white and black wire and a black and red wire this is plugged in, now its from here the white and black wire goes all the way around the motor next to the starter, i have the celica manual(book) and it says that this wire goes to ground but it has a white plug on the end of it. Does have any idea what it goes in to?

celica and rt142 have differant wiring harness and ecus.

The wire you talk about with the connector on the end, should plug another wire thats bolded to the guard. but dont quote me on that

it is an earth just run it to ground.
