    g'day mate,

i dont have a 23 but i do have a 28. the plastic panels behind my windows are bolted on.

you will need to remove the interior trim that is behind them and i dare say there will be a couple small nuts to undo.

also if they have been there for a while, they are likely to be very sticky even with the nuts off.

if you undo the nuts until they are almost off (so leave them sitting on the end of the thread) then gently pust on the bolts from the inside you should be able to get them off with out breaking them. be careful about trying to lever them off from the outside as you may snap the plastic, and these kind of parts are gettin hard to get in good condition. leaing the nuts on stops them shooting off the car in a hurry if the rubber or silicon etc. lets go.

    Cheers
    Stew

3 screws that vertically run up the rear of the panel, remove them, one little sort of push in plug, big thing at the front of it, cant miss it. remove the pinch weld round the window frame on it, and heres the fun part, take out the back seat and rear parcel shelf as the trims are tucked under the parcel shelf and you can get em out with a little bending ect but thers a change you might bust the 30 year plastis esp if you have never done this before
