    Default MSD ingition not firing?

    G'day i'm hooking up MSD 12a ingitior to my 18rg electronic dizzy. I.ve followed the picture to what I think is right. The two power wires direct to the battery, the violet and green wires to the dizzy, the black and orange to the coil and the red wire to switched power. leaving the white wire doing nothing. Also Nippo Denso coil 'old'

    My problem is we have no spark?

    Did you disconnect the battery cables during installation?
