    Default ecu tuners in adelaide

anyone wanna reccomend somewhere not boostworx?

will need to be spliced into the ecu harness (its only 8 wires+12v/gnd,its a piggyback, tuner will need to do one last double check to make sure the pinout is the same as the manual provided)

manual and tune guide here: http://toyotanation.com/forum/t61019.html

IF YOU THINK (edit KNOW) YOU CAN INSTALL THIS FOR ME (ill pay, and im in SA ppls hence asking for adelaide reccomendations) PM me, this will leave me only requiring a final dyno tune at a shop.

air, fuel and timing adjustments, dyno preffered. laptop (or pc) REQUIRED the ecu's software will be provided. car IS NOT odbII.

My brother used to work for RPM Performance Centre and is going to start up his own Performance Business called "Custom Automotive". If you would like to talk to him, his name is Darren Armitage and his number is 0410546004. My brother is a very fastidious worker. If its not done correctly, he wont do the job!! He is also doing custom AE86 build-ups and practically anything JDM or modified ADM.
Give him a call, you wont be dissappointed!!
    Regards, Ben.

Allan Engineering 85272266, they have engine dyno, most of top IPRA cars tuned by them.

The only problem with Allan is that they ONLY have an engine dyno.
Just remember that when you are planning things, i forgot that fact and was set back by a bit.

I know sean had some of the tuning done for the crown at Blackwood Dyno. The guy there Mike is pretty good and seems to err on the side of caution. Not too expensive either which is probably a consideration.

I'd be interested to hear what you manage to get out of the 3vz.

It might be worth giving Jaustech a ring on (08) 8266 7244. They do good work and when he wants to be Darren can be quite easy to get along with, aside from that he is a brilliant tuneriser.

I'd be interested to know why not boostworx, a couple of friends of mine have had their cars tuned there and they have been quite happy with the results. PM if you don't want to put it up in public

last time i was there i got laughed at by the guys running the dyno for the club psi dyno day ^^ (92.6fwkw with sensor issues, and my heavy wheels which alone account for ~0.5s 0-100)

im one of those first impressions count people (a reason why i had my exhaust done at probably the most expensive place in adelaide, D&T)

im currently finalising payment / waiting on delivery of the SMT6, i should fix a couple of engine mounts during this time ^^
