    Default MA61 Wheels on a ST141-RT142

    G'day all

Got an RT142, and toying with the idea of MA61 supra wheels on it...

Will it work? Stud pitch is OK, but how is offset?

Will it scrub after I lower it (on kings & KYB's)

Would love to get some 7" wide boots for my corona to help start improve handling.

also a side question - is it GZ10 or GZ20 Soarer that have the same looking wheels, but only in 15"? Is the diameter the only difference? Would it be possible to use them in my application?

    cheers all

    Alex

i've got the 14x7 ma61 wheels on my corona, is a wagon tho so sedan with irs maybe different, but i'd say they fit since the irs is very similar. Going to brand name tyres and increasing the width improved thing for sure, but i think my front shocks are rooted cos it still rolls like a bus. Having a million turns lock to lock doesn't help either.

    225s front
    235s rear

i could've had 235s and 245s, but that required lipping the guards, that was too much effort.

the 15s you speak of are 15x6 and a 20ish offset

I think you would be ok fitting ma61 or mz10 rims on your krona, if you find a set just test fit one to be sure. I was looking at getting some for my rt142 but got some gsr scorpian rims for $130 and I could not argue with that.

I have ma61 rims on my RA65, which shoudl be fairly similar to your rona. 205/60s, no tyre issues lowered or at standard height.
