yeah - I tried to generate some interest for OST at Autosalon.. but as Rob mentioned - its not really our scene and also Lauren mentioned the post 86 rule which makes it harder again considering most members are 70's and early 80's cars..

We'll focus on Motorvation for now.. and as the club gets bigger then there will be more members to enter other shows/events..

    cheers

The O in OST is supposed to be "Old" afterall

That's why I hang-out with you guys too, so I don't spend all my time parked next to WRX's, Silvias, GTR's, etc.

And I'm not big on the stereo/show comps - well, not with my car and budget anyway.

MV is interesting hearing from what you guys said and seeing photos of this year MV. However it was just the surrounding and environment you know? First is like we'll have to leave our car in sun for whole day plus on a summer day, in the car would be like 40 or over and I guess would harm things like LCD TV, audio, interior etc. 2nd ... Its real hot out there .. I might be die of heating ...

Well, as I said, if the motor is in by OCT then I'm in otherwise .... whenever it finish then yah .... Hopefully I can join the fun this time .... (might hire a tent for car if I'm in)

PS. I've got an idea for OST sticker design ... hard for me to scan it in coz I drew it up ... but its like OST letters write in lower case (not capital letters) in hand script style joining the o s and t together with slightly effect on character (curve, bends, size). I can drop it off into some1 letter box if ya want.

Yeah I think he got hit for opening "pointless" threads or something. I think it just goes to show that just like everything else in this world, not many people will go out of their way to say "thank you", but everyone loves to tell you how you messed up. The guy seems ok from his posts, I kinda feel sorry for him

we have the big banners that we can hang up

we are after a sticker for the front windscreen, that can be put on the top preferably

basic rules, OST logo with www. old skool toys.net, and Motorvation 2007 .....doesnt matter how you do it, but it has to show what club we are and what we are entering......MV07 , keep it simple is prolly the best idea.......and one colour.....white is able to be read the easiest

and you are a good example of that now arent we .....everyone hated you until you showed them pics or your car.......

Preferably for me if it could be something not-so-permantent like those static strips or something. I dont really want to have to scrape off the vinyl "celica" stickers across the top of my windscreen. That thing adds like 50+bhp to my car.
