$675 and $660,

All the forumulas are on their website. There should be no customs for that.

That should be the normal timeframe from the states providing the package doesn't look dodgy and the price is low enough as it was.

For a little bit more than that, I could hook you up with a brand new turbo with a 6mth Australian warranty. And it would be slightly larger than an rb26 turbo, and be capable of more boost than one later on.

No shit. For $695 you can get a KKR-330, which will probably spool sooner, make more power, is brand new and comes with a 6 month warranty.

At this stage it looks like I may be going with a vg30 turbo and my neighbour will be helping me plumb it as he has some equipment in his garage.

Can anyone help me out with regards to 1G exhaust gaskets, where can I get one from or does someone have one to sell me?

Exhaust gaskets... You can only buy them from Toyota.. There about $30+ each, and you need 3 of them.

I am not looking to spend more than $200 depending on it's condition.

I just need a gasket to bolt the single turbo manifold to the block, are you saying that, it comes in 3 pieces?
I have heard that there are fellas around that can make gaskets if you give them the shape you want and they cut it out.

Yes the gasket is 3 seperate gaskets... and they cost about $38 each from memory.

Dude, spend your money on something else. Obviously you don't want to spend SFA, so do yourself a favour and spend it on something cheaper than a turbo conversion.
