Default 4AG Internal dizzy seal rebuild guide (old forums)

Hello, not sure if anyone remembers but there was a really good guide on the old forums for rebuilding a 4AGE dizzy with new seals. Had pics and info of the process. Showed how to punch out the gear etc to replace the internal seal.

Does anyone happen to still have this article lying around? Or any tips on how it is done?

    Thanks
    Joel
