Default GZE Alternator Question for 4AGTE Conversion

Is there any reason why a 4AGE alternator couldn't be used for a 4AGTE conversion with the standard 4AGZE computer etc.

I have both but the ZE would require a bit of extra fitting to make fit via grinding mount etc and due tot the fact that the adjuster slide bolt is on opersite side of the alt, most probably a new bracket ???

it will definately work, an alternator is pretty basic with only three wires and the main power cable. as long as the plug fits (which it does) and the coloured wires go to the same spots (which they do) youre sweet.
