Buy stainless bends from Ebay. Cut it all up and tack it with a mig. Then get a pro to TIG it up. Or get mild steel, weld it all yourself then get it HPC coated. The savings in material should pay for the HPC coating. HPC coated mild steel kicks ass over stainless in looks and function. Dont fuck around with dodgy stuff like PVC etc. I made my cooler pipes out of SS from Ebay. Next time it will be HPC coated mild steel.
